Usher has revealed that he had discussed a potential duet with Amy Winehouse before her tragic death in 2011.

The R&B superstar, who released his new album 'Looking 4 Myself' this week, revealed that he met Winehouse whilst in London and approached her with the idea of working on new music together.

Speaking to Capital FM, the 'Climax' star said: "We met and we talked about it for a moment when I saw her."

Going on to explain: "I was shopping and she was doing some private shopping and she came out and we kind of crossed each other's [paths] and, [I was like] 'Is that Amy Winehouse?' And before you know it we talked and exchanged information and I invited her to a show, and she didn't come."

"There was a few conversations that took place, but we never quite made it to it - I would have loved it,"

Meanwhile, Usher has revealed the video to his brand new single 'Scream' today (June 13). Check it out below, now.
