Amazon.com celebrated their 10 year anniversary on Saturday with a concert for its employees and customers that featured a rare collaborative performance from Bob Dylan and Norah Jones. The concert took place in Seattle and was free for over 2,500 employees; the concert was also broadcast over the web.
The aim of the free concert, according to Yahoo, was to showcase Amazon’s success at becoming the internet’s biggest retailer.
Grammy Award winning Norah Jones paused once during her performance to say: "this is the part where we usually do a Bob Dylan Song."
"But don't worry, we won't, because we're too scared to do that.”
Jones went on later to announce that her performance for Amazon would be her "first and only show in 2005."
