Nadine Coyle will take part in the next series of Celebrity Big Brother in an attempt to clear tax debts, it has been claimed today.

The Girls Aloud star is rumoured to owe $100k in tax on her LA bar and has decided to agree a £500k fee with Channel 5 for the CBB stint in a bid to clear her debts.

A source close to the show said: 'This money will allow Nadine to clear all her debts in America and start the Girls Aloud tour with a clean slate. Initially, when she was approached by the station to take part, she turned it down flat.

Adding: 'But when she met TV executives in London last week and saw how much was on the table she eventually agreed. They simply made her an offer she couldn't refuse.'

Other celebs likely to be joining Nadine in the house include former Arsenal footballer Freddie Ljungberg, Julian Clary and Julie Goodyear.

Meanwhile, in a display of stark contrast for former Girls Aloud stars, Cheryl Cole revealed her Calvin Harris produced single 'Call My Name' this morning.
