Alabama 3 member Orlando was hurt in the bomb blast when the band at Kings Cross Station yesterday.
Orlando sustained cuts and bruises in the blast but was not seriously hurt. All other members of the Brixton group, who shot to fame with The Sopranos theme tune, were unhurt.
Lyricist Larry Love posted the revelation on the gumtree forum today. Love claims Orlando blames the band’s agent for getting them up at 7am to catch a plane bound for the Czech Republic – the reason they were at Kings Cross during rush hour.
Love said jokingly: “The band reiterate to their agent that it is dangerous to get them up before midday.”
He added: “Their thoughts are with all their fellow sufferers in their home town.”
