Shout Out Louds

From the land that gave us Ikea, Volvo and ABBA came a band who call themselves Shout Out Louds. The Swedish five piece – five guys and a girl, were formed in 2001 by frontman Adam Olenius and bassist Ted Malmros and were originally named Luca Brasi before they realised that the name was already taken.   The others would soon join in and hey presto, a band was born.  They gathered some songs together, made a demo and passed it on to a close friend, Filip Wilen, who went on to start up a record company Bud Fox Recordings,  and had the band sign on the doted line.   A series of singles, EPs were made available to the Scandinavian public closely followed by the release of their first full length album, Howl, Howl, Gaff, Gaff which released in the UK in September 2005.
