Travie McCoy Comforts Ex Katy Perry Following Split With Russell Brand

Travie McCoy has been comforting former girlfriend Katy Perry after her split from husband Russell Brand.

The Gym Class Heroes singer, who split from Perry in 2009, said the pair would always have a connection.

Travie has told The Mirror: "There will always be a connection between us. I'll always be there for her. When you've been in a relationship like ours, you will always make time for that person."

He added:  "Katy was there for me through my hard times when things were really bad. Life goes on. I have regrets about the way we ended. But there are no grudges any more between us. I’ll always be there for her, she knows that.

“Do I think she got married to Russell too fast? When you're feeling it, you're feeling it. You can't help how you feel."

Meanwhile, Katy Perry was among a host of famous names who attended the Super Bowl Sunday last night (February 5).
