Without doubt 2012's hottest festival line-up so far, it was no surprise to hear that the Coachella Festival in California, has sold out its entire 120,000 allocation in just three hours.
The tickets cost $330 a piece, and will feature a line-up that is best described as a 'blast from the past.'
Sunday Headliners, Dr Dre & Snoop Dogg are performing together for the first time since the 'Smoke It Up' tour in 2000, with newly reformed At The Drive In, Justice and Florence and the Machine topping off Sunday.
Friday consists of The Black Keys, Swedish House Mafia, the long awaited return of punk act Refused, held up by British bands Pulp and Arctic Monkeys.
Saturday will see Thom Yorke and Radiohead headline with support from Brit Award nominee Bon Iver, Shins, David Guetta and Noel Gallagher and His High Flying Birds. Other acts appearing over the two weekends include; Madness, Frank Ocean, SBTRKT, Kaiser Chiefs, Kasabian and Nero.
The festival, which kicks stars the summer season, takes place at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio from April 13-20
