The Flaming Lips have teamed up with Yoko Ono Plastic Band collaborate on a version of 'Atlas Eets Christmas'.
The track, which was originally released on the Flaming Lips' 2007 Christmas album, will now now be performed by the pair for the Flaming Lips's New Year's Freak Out No. 5, in Oklahoma City on December 31, reports Pitchfork.
It is also reported that Yoko Ono will singer 'War Is Over' with the band at midnight on New Year's Eve.
Meanwhile, The Flaming Lips have announced plans to record a 24-hour-long song.
The band recently release a six-hour-track in aid of the Central Oklahoma Humane Society and the Academy of Contemporary Music.
