Rockstar Games has confirmed that a Batcave challenge map will be available to download for Batman: Arkham City before Christmas.

Due for release on December 20, the DLC will be joined by the Joker map - previously available exclusively through Tesco - and the Iceberg Lounge.

Previous DLCs include the Tim Drake Robin Pack, which enabled gamers to play as Batman's sidekick in the Challenge mode, as well as two other packs titled Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape.

Batman: Arkham City is available on XBox 360, PS3 and PC.
