Activision have announced that Call of Duty Elite is now fully operational.

The firm confirmed that the online service entered "green" status this week, and that all services are online.

Vice president of production Daniel Suarez told Kotaku: "Everything is running. We have some kinks to work out still, but we're making fixing and updates to the service.

"Going into the holiday we are confident in the stability of the service."

Following delays, mobile versions of Elite will also be released by next week.

Users had found it difficult to access the add-on to Modern Warfare 3, but Activision are now confident that those issues have now been resolved.
