Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo has revealed details of the band's upcoming compilation as well as his new book 'The Pinkerton Diaries'.
The book will show a docemented look at the band's second studio album, the classic release 'Pinkerton', and will be published on12 December.
The book will include journals, photographs, emails, school papers and letters, and will be ready just in time for Christmas.
A new collection of 26 demo tracks, entitiled 'Alone III', is also scheduled for release next month.
The band's last album 'Death To False metal' came out last year, along with eighth studio album 'Hurley' also released in 2010.
