Guy Chambers and Aphex Twin Team Up

Guy Chambers has worked with many artists in the last few years; Robbie Williams, Charlotte Church, Brian McFadden, James Blunt – but who could have predicted that his next project would be with Richard D James, the brains behind the bonkers brilliance of Aphex Twin?!

Guy has admitted: “I’ve approached Aphex Twin to do something together…the end result will be odd but it’ll be cool cos I’ll make him do something that he doesn’t normally do and vice versa. I’m into that. I try and keep my mind very open to anything really.”

This eagerness for experimentation is apparent with Chambers’ recent Isis Project, a French language album with Gallic singer Sophie Barker:

“Hopefully people will hear an Isis Project single soon” he told MSN Entertainment, “that’s my dream. Cos I put the album out myself on Sleeper Music for its first run and now EMI have signed it so it’ll get another push later in September. And then I’m hoping we’ll make one of the songs a hit in the UK.”

Guy hopes to be performing the Isis Project live in the near future, while the album is available to buy now.
