Rod Stewart has promised to reveal all about his sex life in his forthcoming autobiography.
The former Faces singer is scheduled to release the as-yet-untitled memoir in October 2012.
“It is a funny old thing telling my life story but I truly intend to hold nothing back,” he said. “Forget skeletons in the closet – this one’s going to be socks and knickers under the bed.”
Stewart's private life is almost as famous as his music, and he has enjoyed romances with the likes of Britt Ekland, Rachel Hunter and current wife Penny Lancaster.
The book will be published by Random House.
