Team Bondi, the development company behind L.A. Noire, is to go into liquidation.
Gamasutra reports that documents have been filed at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, sealing the company's fate.
A Special Resolution to Wind Up Company document has also been filed.
Despite the future looking rosy for Team Bondi following the successful release of L.A. Noire, reports about poor work conditions emerged that rocked the gaming world to the core, and caused copmanies such as Rockstar to back away from any future working partnerships.
Despite Team Bondi going to the wall, Rockstar has retained the L.A. Noire IP.
L.A. Noire will be released on PC and OnLive, complete will all released DLC, on November 11.
