You can hear an exclusive remix of The Drums 'Money' by Chad Valley on Gigwise.

The single is released today (September 5) along with the New York band's second album 'Portamento'.

Singer Jonny Pierce told Gigwise that 'Money' was the “most tongue in cheek song on the album”.

“Overall the record is much more personal. Even by the time the first album was released we knew we probably weren’t going to keep going down that track, we were already eyeing a change,” he added.

“This album is a lot more biographical, a lot more personal. I couldn’t keep going down the track of the first album.”

The Drums play three gigs in London this week, starting at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen tonight, followed by shows at Lexington (6) and XOYO (7).
