Beyonce is planning to honour all her work commitments, including the remake of A Star Is Born, despite being pregnant with her first child.

The 1+1 star, who announced that she was expecting at the MTV VMA's last weekend, will also be performing at the Michael Jackson memorial concert and launching a new fragrance.

A source told the Mail on Sunday: "Beyonce wants to stay busy. She plans to take part in a Michael Jackson tribute concert in October at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium via satellite link.

"Although she'll take time off after the birth, she's committed to her role in Clint Eastwood's film A Star Is Born, and to launching a perfume next year."

The producers of A Star Is Born, a remake of the 1976 film that starred Kris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand, are currently looking for an actor to take the lead role, after original choice Leonardo DiCaprio pulled out of the project.
