Liam Gallagher has said that his legal dispute with his brother Noel about the reason why Oasis split-up has not been resolved, despite Noel's recent apology.
Earlier this month, the Beady Eye singer threatened to sue Noel unless he apologised for suggesting that Oasis cancelled their appearance at the V Festival in Chemlsford in 2009 because Liam had a hangover.
Noel then offered an olive branch during a web chat with fans and admitted his brother had a doctor's note that stated he had laryngitis – the official reason given for the band's cancellation.
Speaking to BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat, Liam said: "It's not over yet. There are a few things which need to be sorted out.
"I didn't want this to happen. It's not nice suing your family but like I said, he was telling porkies for the sake of his mates and journalists to get a wise crack on me.
"I ain't having that. I ain't a fraud and this band ain't a fraud.
"If he listens to his lawyers and does the right thing then it'll be well and truly over. I never wanted it to happen but it has to happen."
The saga is the latest development in what has been a notoriously volatile relationship between the Gallagher brothers.
