Former Queens Of The Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri could face up to 15 years in prison for firearm and drug offences.

As previously reported on Gigwise, Oliveri was arrested by police at this home after a neighbour reported a domestic disturbance between Oliveri and his girlfriend on July 12.

According to TMZ, he has now been formally charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor for obstructing a police officer.

If convicted on all counts Oliveri could face up to 15 years in prison.
