Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly's Sam Duckworth has announced plans about his debut solo album.
The singer will released the album, entitled 'The Mannequin', on August 29.
In a statement, Duckworth said he had written the album while touring with Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, but didn't think the songs suited the band.
“Taking the songs into the studio was a challenge, but something that became enjoyable and consuming pretty quickly,” he added.
Meanwhile, Duckworth will play a solo gig at London's Lexington venue on July 27.
