Rebecca Black's 'Friday' video has been removed from YouTube after a legal dispute.
The LA teen star's video has scored nearly 200 million views since it was first posted on YouTube on February 10.
In a statement a spokesman for Black told TMZ: "We can confirm that we submitted a Take Down Notice to YouTube as a result of the dispute we have with Ark Music regarding the 'Friday' video."
No more details about the dispute have been revealed but it is thought that it is set around the decision to list 'Friday' as a "rental" video on the website, with viewers paying $2.99 to watch the video.
Earlier this this year, Black threatened legal action against the producers of her hit song 'Friday' for unlawful exploitation of publicity rights and copyright infringement.
