Apple will unveil its upcoming cloud service, iCloud, next week, it's been announced.
The new service will likely allow users to listen and buy music without it needing to be stored on their phone or computer.
Last week, a report said Apple had already won the support of two major record labels, while competitors Google and Amazon have launched their own cloud-based services without backing.
Apple's CEO Steve Jobs will also unveil Lion, the eighth major release of Mac OS X, and iOS 5 during his keynote at the company’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 6.
