Ellie Goulding has said she approached her recent performance at the Royal Wedding like any normal gig.
The singer performed at the reception for Prince William and Kate Middleton following their marriage on April 29.
Speaking to Access Hollywood: Goulding said: "We did like quite a big set. It was just like a kind of [normal] gig, really.
“We did some covers and some original material. We just had a really amazing time."
Goulding added that she and her band were still surprised to have been asked to perform by the couple, who met her at a festival last year.
Goulding's peformance on Friday is believed to have included her cover of Elton John's 'Your Song'.
