Santigold has unveiled ‘GO’, the first song from her new album.
The Track, which features Yeah Yeah Yeah’s Karen O, is streaming now on Jay-Z’s new lifestyle website, Life + Times.
Santigold, whose self-titled debut album came out in 2008, said ‘GO’ was “playful” but offered her the chance “to vent” lyrically.
She also revealed that she met O through her friend and the singer’s band mate, Nick Zinner.
The singer added that she was looking for to the release of her much-anticipated second album, but stopped short of confirming the release date.
Meanwhile, Santigold also makes a guest appearance on Beastie Boys' new album.
