Axl Rose has failed to sue Cleopatra Records for releasing an album of pre-Guns N’ Roses material.
It’s the third time in twelve months the singer has been triumphed over by the record label who released ‘Hollywood Rose: The Roots of Guns N’ Roses’, reports bravewords.
The album featured material from Axl and other band members before they formed the rock super group.
On Tuesday (May 23), Judge Gary Allen Fees in California awarded the label’s request for attorneys’ fees and costs of the sum $24,176.
