The music of Frank Zappa is set to be brought back to life by his sons Dweezil and Ahmet during a seventeen date European tour.
The ‘Zappa Plays Zappa – Tour De Frank’ will see the brothers play songs from their fathers huge back catalogue including performances of tracks from albums such as ‘Freak Out’, ‘Absolutely Free’, We’re Only In It For The Money’, ‘Lumpy Gravy’, ‘Uncle Meat’, ‘Hot Rats’ and ‘Zoot Allures’.
Each gig will see a different selection of songs with no two being the same, plus a number of suprise special guests will join Dweezil and Ahmet each night. It will the first time since Frank Zappa played his final gig in 1993 that his work will be played live on an official tour.
