Sean Combs Is Caught In The Midst Of Sex Scandal

Puff Daddy/P.Diddy/ Sean Combs has been caught in the middle of a sex scandal.

An employee of his clothing label Sean John has filed a lawsuit claiming sexual harassment.

Chanel Gaither has claimed that a colleague called Sloan Macedo was relentless is his attempts to talk to her, and he often resorted to crude conversation, reports ContactMusic.

Macedo told Gaither "She was a freak - who probably has a leather mask and a whip."

Although Combs has not been named in the federal suit he will be expected to pay any damages as the harassment occurred within his empire.

Gaither claims that she was not the only woman to suffer at the hands of Macedo. Documents have alleged that he referred to one of the company vendors as "such a Jew" and the office manager as "a bitch".

Sean Combs has said in a statement: "Sean John and Bad Boy have a zero tolerance policy against sexual harassment and have procedures in place to address such claims."
