Boy George has confirmed that Culture Club will reunite in 2012.
The singer said the group planned to record a new album and would embark on a “proper huge worldwide tour”.
"We are getting back together," Boy George – real name George O'Dowd', said during an appearance on BBC Breakfast.
He added that his upcoming Here and Now tour, which will see him perform solo, was “kind of a precursor for what I'm doing with Culture Club in 2012”.
The reunion will coincide with the band's 30th anniversary, and comes ten years after the group last got back together.
