Scissor Sisters have welcomed calls by Glee star Chris Colfer for them to make a guest appearance on the TV show.
The actor said he was a fan of the band at the Golden Globes earlier this month, which prompted a fan to start a Facebook campaign to get them on the programme.
Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears told Gigwise: “This campaign to get us on Glee is awesome, we're very appreciative to the fans and we love the show.
“Chris comes to our shows and feels a real connection with the band, and I think he sees a proper fit between Glees aesthetic and a lot of our music.
He added: “I know this would be a blast for the band, fingers crossed.”
The Facebook campaign - Help Golden Globe winner Chris Colfer get Scissor Sisters on Glee - has already attracted over 5,000 members.
Meanwhile, Scissor Sisters are set to embark on a UK arena tour next month. For more details, check out Gigwise Gig Tickets.
