Nick Cave has been given the opportunity to undergo driver training after crashing into a speed camera in Brighton.
The Bad Seeds singer collided with the camera, located on the seafront, on December 7 last year.
He has been told he can take the training as an alternative to prosecution, reports BBC News.
Cave was in the car with his twin 10-year-old songs when the accident happened. All passengers were unharmed in the accident.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "The driver of a Jaguar saloon car which collided with a roadside speed camera on Hove seafront in December has been offered driver training."
