M.I.A has released a free mixtape inspired by the recent Wikileaks scandal.
The 18-track LP, entitled ‘VickiLeekx’, is available to download from vikileekx.com, and includes collaborations with dubstep producers Diplo, Rusko and Switch.
The singer said Wikileaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange was the inspiration behind the release.
The non-profit organisation was behind the recent controversial exopses of alleged private American documents, which included a reference to Lady Gaga.
M.I.A was included in Gigwise’s Best Tweets Of 2010 round-up for her Twitter feud with an American journalist. The singer released her latest album 'Maya' earlier this year.
