G Unit rapper 50 Cent has been told that if he stays away from drugs and takes an anger management course then he will be able to avoid any jail time.
50 was charged with assaulting three women after he jumped into a crowd at a concert last year, reports the BBC.
He jumped into the crowd after water was thrown at him by a member of the audience.
Two women claimed that the rapper trampled on them while a third claimed to have been punched during the incident.
A judge in Massachusetts told 50 aka Curtis Jackson that if he adhered to the conditions all charges would be dropped.
The conditions of the deal also include making an educational anti-violence video and undergoing random drug testing for two years.
After the hearing had concluded 50 slipped out of the courts side door to avoid fans and photographers.
