Rihanna has announced that her next studio album will be called 'Loud'.
The singer said that the follow-up to 2009's 'Rated R' would be released in November.
It will be preceded by the single 'Only Girl (In The World)', which is due to debut on US radio today (September 7).
In an online chat with her fans, Rihanna confirmed that she had finished work on the album and described it as “the next step”.
"I'm gonna miss the 'Rated R' era too, but NOTHING compares to the album I just made,” she added.
'Rated R' included lyrics that recalled the singer's assault by former boyfriend Chris Brown in February 2009.
