A career-spanning collection of Jimi Hendrix songs are set to feature on a new retrospective album.
The four CD box set, 'West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology ', is released on October 18.
The package will include previously unreleased Jimi Hendrix Experience recordings, as well as demos and alternate takes.
It will also include a new Hendrix TV documentary directed by Bob Smeaton, who also helmed Beatles Anthology.
The documentary will be shown on UK TV in October.
The 'West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology ' tracklisting is due to be announced in the coming weeks.
