Stars of the hit TV US show Glee have backed calls for a special episode dedicated to Michael Jackson.
The programme, which tells the story of a fictional high school glee club, has already aired episodes featuring the music of Lady Gaga and Madonna.
Sir Paul McCartney and Coldplay have also granted access to their song library, but producers have so far held back from airing a tribute to Michael Jackson, who died last year.
However, star Matthew Morrison said it would be “pretty cool” to dedicate an episode to the King of Pop.
“He is probably the best and most iconic performer in the history of music," he told MTV News.
Co-star Jenna Ushkowitz said it would be “a scary, scary episode to do”, but added that it “would be absolutely amazing”.
