Lil' Wayne has paid tribute to Eminem during an interview from his prison cell.
Speaking via phone to US radio station Hot 97, the rapper said he had been listening to Eminenm's latest album 'Recovery' behind bars.
"Em is him, and he's back in a major way," Lil' Wayne said. “As far as Eminem the dude, he's a great dude.
“He's been keeping up with me since I've been in here, and I appreciate his support."
Meanwhile, Lil' Wayne's new single 'Right Above It', which features Drake, has been debuted on US radio.
It is the first official release since the rapper was jailed for 12 months in March after he pleaded guilty to attempted gun possession.
He is due to be released in November.
