Chris Martin - My Grammy's A Hunk Of Junk!

Coldplay’s Chris Martin has revealed how his Grammy is gathering dust rather than having pride of place on his mantelpiece.

Mrs Paltrow moaned about how he didn’t think much of the award to today’s Sun: "A Grammy just sits there. An Oscar just sits there. It’s just a hunk of Junk.”

Martin also revealed that unlike Liam Gallagher he thinks new music in Britain is flourishing: “I’d worry if there wasn’t The Libertines, Bloc Party and Franz Ferdinand and all that different stuff. I Think it’s great.”

However, he’s not a fan of people who sound like Coldplay: “I’m not sure when the transition happened between us sounding like everyone and everyone sounding like us.”

Coldplay’s new album 'X&Y' is due out on June 6, expect it to sell millions.
