Yoko Ono has said she hopes that Oasis will record more albums together.
The group split last year, and both Noel and Liam Gallagher have begun working on new projects.
However, Ono, the widow of The Beatles’ John Lennon, said she would like to see them record together again.
“I love Oasis,” she said in a webchat with her fans.
“We need the power of goodness like them. The goodness is shining from their music. I hope they will make more albums.”
As previously reported on Gigwise, Liam Gallagher has announced that his new band will be called Beady Eye.
The group will feature former Oasis members Andy Bell, Gem Archer and Chris Sharrock.
