N-Dubz confronted Letha Bizzle at a charity football tournament in London at the weekend, reports said.
The two parties are said to have clashed over Bizzle’s claim that the group stole part of their song ‘I Need You’ from one of his demos.
According to the Daily Mirror, N-Dubz singer Tulisa “starting screaming abuse” at the East London rapper.
An onlooker added: “N-Dubz were yelling, 'We're gonna ****ing do you' and it was all very menacing.”
A spokesperson for Lethal Bizzle claimed the rapper was “minding his own business" when the incident took place.
The X Factor team, captained by Jeff Brazier, won the male tournament, while Tulisa triumphed in the female final.
This year’s event raised money for the Samaritans.
