Lostprophets have claimed members of their family were unable to attend Radio 1’s Big Weekend because of Cheryl Cole’s entourage.
The Welsh band were hoping to bring to bring their relatives to watch them play at the free festival in Bangor on Saturday.
But, according to the Daily Mirror, they were told they couldn’t have VIP tickets because Cole had made a similar request for her family.
An unnamed member of the band said: “They don't want common folk asking for autographs.
“I wouldn't be starstruck meeting Cheryl. Sheryl Crow, maybe."
Cole was one of the most anticipated acts at the sundrenched two-day outdoor event in Faenol Park at the weekend.
