Glastonbury organisers have allowed 3,000 extra tickets to go on sale for the Sunday evening of this year’s festival.
However, most tickets will be sold to residents living within a 15 mile radius of the site, reports BBC online.
The remaining 250 tickets will be given to people with disabilities.
Local councillors agreed to the move when it emerged that proceeds of the extra tickets will be going towards the Asian tsunami appeal.
All tickets for the festival sold out within three hours of going on sale earlier this month.
Festival main man Michael Eavis has already confirmed that there won’t be a festival next year.
