30 Seconds To Mars singer Jared Leto says his recently bleached pink Mohawk “embrace(s) the spirit of recklessness and freedom.”

The Hollywood actor unveiled the luminous haircut on Twitter earlier last week and now insists that getting such an awful is one of the perks of being in a band.

“This ain’t gonna last too long. It’s just for fun,” Leto explained to the Chicago Tribune.

“On the road, you can embrace the spirit of recklessness and freedom. It’s not like I have to show up to an office and adhere to a dress code.”

Or it may have something to do with bad taste Jared?

I had never been to a show by you guys until Boston. Unfortunately I didn't realize what a waste of time it was to see you. Not only was the show a terrible experience for me and my family because it got so out of control, but you had the nerve to sign a ****ing scribble on the pictures we had. Then you didn't even acknowledge us when we said that we loved your music or wanted to shake your hand. How can you have no appreciation for the fans that put you where you are now?
