Office star Mackenzie Crook makes a cameo appearance in the video for Slow Club’s new single ‘Giving Up On Love’.
Crook, who also starred in Pirates Of The Caribbean', sings the vocals on the song while riding a Ferris wheel.
Singer Rebecca Taylor said the duo recruited the actor after watching him perform in the West End production of Jerusalem.
“So we sat and wrote a letter, edited out the bits where we were trying to be funny and left it at stage door, along with a copy of the album and our numbers,” they said.
“And he called me back and said he really liked the song and was up for it. Totally in love with him now, he is the best.“
‘Giving Up On Love’ is released on May 24. The song is taken from the 2009 album ‘Yeah So’.
