Amy Winehouse has bought a recording studio near Pentonville prison in London, it’s been reported.
The singer has apparently named the recording space the Slammer Studios in honour of the nearby jail.
"She's bought her own studio which she can pop into any time inspiration takes hold,” a source told The Sun.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Winehouse is working on her new album with Mark Ronson, who produced her 2006 effort ‘Back To Black’.
On Wednesday, Ronson said fans could expect to hear new material from the star “quite soon”.
