Jay-Z makes a guest appearance on the first single to be taken from Dr Dre's long-awaited album, 'Detox'.
The song, entitled 'Under Pressure', will receive its radio debut later this month.
'Detox' was originally due in 2004, but has been hit by persistent delays.
However, in an interview with CNBC on Monday (April 5), Dr Dre confirmed that the album would arrive this year.
“Hopefully, we’ll be releasing ['Under Pressure'] in the next two weeks or so, and I’m definitely gonna be putting the album out this year, finally,” the producer said.
“I think everyone is gonna be happy with it. I’m just trying to finish this record, finally get it done, get it out and start promoting it.”
'Detox' will mark Dr Dre's follow-up to his 1999 album '2001'.
