The Joy Formidable have signed to Passion Pit's American-based record label, Black Bell.
The Welsh trio will release their debut EP 'A Balloon Called Moaning' in the US on May 4.
It will coincide with a string of American dates, including a sold-out show at the Mercury Lounge in New York.
Meanwhile, The Joy Formidable's new single, 'Popinjay' was released yesterday (April 5) via iTunes and on limited red 7” vinyl.
