The 25th anniversary remake of 'We Are The World' has failed in its bid to top the US Billboard Hot 100.
The song, which was re-recorded with an all-star cast for the victims of the Haiti earthquake, charted at number two.
It was kept off the top spot by Ke$ha's 'Tik Tok', which has now been number one for nine consecutive weeks.
The remake of 'We Are The World' was organised by the song's original author Lionel Richie.
Kanye West, Lil' Wayne, Miley Cyrus and Akon are among the stars who feature on the single.
The video for the song was given its world premiere during the Winter Olympics opening ceremony last weekend.
