Johnny Depp 'Working On Rolling Stone Keith Richards Documentary'

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is set to make a documentary about Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, according to reports.

Depp has been quoted as telling a Serbian website that his editor is already working through archive footage of the guitarist.

If confirmed, the documentary will mark the latest in a series of projects for the pair.

They originally struck up a close friendship after Richards made a cameo appearance alongside Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Meanwhile, Richards is currently working on his memoirs, which were last scheduled to be released sometime in 2010.
