Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has fuelled speculation that the band are set to play the Reading and Leeds festivals in August.
The group have long been rumoured to make a return to the event following their reformation last year.
But to date Blink-182's only confirmed festival appearances this summer are in Germany - Area 4 Festival on August 21 and Highfield Festival the following day.
However, Barker has now revealed that the group are set to spend six weeks in Europe around August.
"We go to Europe in August for all the festivals ... we do, like, six weeks out there, and then our album will come out probably early next year,” he said.
The drummer, who last played Reading and Leeds with Blink-182 in 2003, went on to reveal that the band hoped to record their new album later this year.
He told MTV: "We're about to start working on it.
“I'm gonna try to wrap up my album and, uh, Tom has his band, he's wrapping up that album, and then we'll start working on a Blink record.”
Organisers for Reading and Leeds have so far yet to confirm any act performing at this year's festival.
