Mark Ronson has predictably drafted in an array of music stars for his new album 'The Business'.
The producer has recruited Santigold, Scissor Sisters, Miike Snow, Nick Hodgson from the Kaiser Chiefs, US rapper Pill and Cathy Dennis for the long-player which consists of entirely original songs.
He has also hooked up with The Zutons's Dave McCabe who of course penned the track Ronson and Amy Winehouse turned into a global smash 'Valerie'.
Speaking to NME.com, Ronson revealed that the record is tentatively set for release in late May or early June.
"There's no covers, and no horns," he told the website. "It's written with some of the people that actually wrote the songs I covered on the last album and that I didn't actually even know at the time.
"It's quite interesting to write songs from scratch with those people, like Dave (McCabe) who wrote 'Valerie', and Nick (Hodgson).
