The Simon Cowell-organised charity single for the victims of Haiti, which features Robbie Williams and Susan Boyle, has been played for the first time.
The track, a cover of 'Everybody Hurts' by R.E.M., also includes vocals from Mariah Carey, Kylie Minogue and Rod Stewart.
Cheryl Cole, Take That, Alexandra Burke, Miley Cyrus and Leona Lewis can also be heard on the song.
'Everybody Hurts' is released digitally on February 7 and on CD the following day.
All proceeds from the charity single will go to The Sun's Helping Haiti fund and the official Disasters Emergency Committee.
